To figure out posting pictures

Here we go, trying again.  I found good advice from the Cricut Circle message board that to post pictures is easy. The advice is to add a gadget from the "design" menu.  I can't seem to find that part of the "design" menu.  Or I could add a Picassa gadget.  Not sure how to do that either.  The help section says to  use the image icon in the post editor toolbar.  I can't seem to find that.  Clicking "post options" isn't right, neither is "preview."  I will have to snoop through "edit pages" & see what happens next.  I seem to spend quite a bit of time reading the help menu or snooping & clicking things to see if they are right.  I'll get this yet!

I did it!

So clicking "template designer" was the key to unlock the neato details of blogger, backgrounds, colours, fonts, the good looking stuff.  I'm so proud of myself.  I finally got to play around in there.  Next step, uploading pictures.  If I can do this, anyone can.

Blogger Dashboard

This blogger dashboard is very frustrating to navigate.  I cannot seem to get out of the never-ending loop of details.  To preview the blog the heading is all funny, chopped off.  I can't seem to access templates or any of the stuff that is said to be so "easy" to do.  So I'm paddling around this electronic ocean of noodles all stuck together, not making sense.  I know eventually I will hopefully have a "duh" moment & it will all gel.  So far, not so much for this new learner.  I've just got through a repeat & peat & repeat of passwords for picasa photo finder & uploads.  I really need to get some other important things done, yet 10 minutes a day of chipping at this puzzle is better than none.  Tomorrow is another day.

Here we go!

No idea what I'm doing here with this blogger stuff.  Give me some time to chip away at the huge learning mountain & I will get there!
